SUBSTANCE: water-cooling tower has a vertical tower with an air intake opening, reservoir for collection of cooled water and a water distribution system, which uses a ring water-supply manifold with radial pipe connections installed with an inclination from the center to the periphery, and stepwise arranged injectors whose nozzles are oriented to the center of the tower at different angles to the horizontal plane. The total flow area and the angle of inclination of the injector nozzles of each overlying step exceeds the total flow area and the angle of inclination of the injector nozzles of the underlying step. Besides, the angle of inclination of the injector nozzles to the horizontal plane evenly increases from 0 deg. at the lower step up to 45,C deg. at the upper step, and the diameter of the injector nozzles and/or their quantity at the overlying step exceeds the diameter of the injector nozzles and/or their quantity at the underlying step.
