SUBSTANCE: cooling tower has housing 1 of polygonal cross section, tiers of air inlet ports 2,3 and 4 with inclined guide plates 5 and 6 with hinges 7, plates 8 and 9 and additional plates 10 and 11 arranged inside housing 1 and provided with vertical sections 12 and 13. Water is fed via manifold 16 with injectors 17; vertical shield 21 with cellular sheet 23 is mounted on opposite side. Mounted under shield 21 is water receiver 25 with down pipe 27; manifold 29 with injectors 30 is mounted on lower part of pipe 27 in port 3. Arranged on side opposite to injectors 20 is shield 22 with sheet 24; mounted under shield 22 is water receiver 26 with pipe 28 on whose end manifold 30 with injectors 31 is mounted. Injectors 31 are oriented to additional sprinkler with vertical plates 33. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 dwg
