FIELD: technology of biological material analysis. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of main sample which represents whole plasma or serum of blood with addition of X-ray contrast substance and auxiliary sample for taking account of background scattering of X-ray radiation. Auxiliary sample is essentially water solvent of proteins with addition of the same X-ray contrast substance. Both samples are irradiated by collimated X- ray radiation, and radiation scattering intensity in range of small angles is measured with subsequent mathematic processing. Substances inert to proteins are used as X-ray contrast substances. In addition, full intensity Po of X-ray beam is measured with subsequent determination of concentrations Ck1 of separate fractions of lipoproteins. This allows determination of absolute values of concentrations of lipoprotein separate fractions. EFFECT: higher result of analysis. 3 tbl, 2 dwg
