SUBSTANCE: device has first and second frequency multipliers 1 and 2, first, second and third instantaneous spectrum analyzers 3, 4, 5, first and second comparison units 6 and 7, first and second comparators 8 and 9, inverter 10, AND gate 11, first and second phase demodulators 12 and 13, clock oscillator 14, commutator 15 and signal-code structures selector 16. This results in possibility to recognize signals with double and triple phase manipulation, respectively, four-position frequency-manipulated signal and eight position frequency-manipulated signal which use signal-code structures using lattice encoding. Device receives and demodulates signals and selects signal-code structure with lattice encoding using statistic analysis of sequences of identical signal symbols in analyzed signal.
