FIELD: radio navigation systems, radar receivers, devices receiving and processing signals in satellite communication systems. SUBSTANCE: solid receiver-module has sections of waveguides with half-wave orthogonal slits in wide walls. Butts of these waveguides are connected to signal adder that is manufactured in the form of radial resonator. Sections of waveguides are bent and positioned on one side of oxidized aluminium plate which other side carries field-effect transistors. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability of receiver-module.
