FIELD: medicine, endoscopic surgery, electrosurgery, medicinal instruments. SUBSTANCE: in bipolar device with a slipping electrode a hole is made in proximal part of fixed electrode, a branch of mobile electrode designed as asymmetric letter T is inserted into this hole, branch base serving as a conduction is situated at an angle to an axis of device and connected with a drive of longitudinal movement, the roof a part of which being a working electrode surface is rigidly fixed at the base parallel to an axis of device. At the same time a branch of fixed electrode is designed with curvatures at its distal end, its shape depends upon anatomic physiological peculiarities of an organ under operation. A base of mobile electrode is designed as a truncated cone with expansion at its distal part and curvilinear lateral surfaces. All elements of device are covered with insulating material excluding those places where working cutting surfaces of electrodes can come in touch during branch linkage. Moreover, external part of mobile electrode is designed with millimetric partitions. EFFECT: higher efficiency in avoiding postoperative complications at applying monopolar instrument, more simplified technique of operation, higher efficiency in carrying out tissue cuts of certain length and direction, higher accuracy at electrosurgical operations with the use of high-frequency current, particularly for endoscopic papillosphincterotomy, higher safety of operations. 5 cl, 1 dwg
