SUBSTANCE: solid-reactant gas generator includes housing, supply probe, igniter, gas generating unit made in form of alternating solid-reactant gaskets and heat-releasing gaskets; heat-releasing gaskets are made from solid oxidizer, for example ammonium nitrate or ammonium perchlorate; gaskets are elastically pressed together; contacting surfaces are mainly perpendicular to ignition surface.
