Refractory laying material has the following composition, vol. p. p.: depleted catalyst of synthetic rubber production, 0.45-0.5; indicated phosphate binding agent, 0.4-0.6; mortar, 0.45-0.5; and ortho-phosphoric acid, 0.9-1.0.
