FIELD: refractory materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for metallurgy and may be used in lining high-temperature metallurgical furnaces with working temperatures between 800 and 1700оС. Binding component of masonry mortar utilized is alumino-boro-phosphate concentrate commonly used as component in fabrication of refractory bricks and casting molds. Concentrate is diluted with water to density 1.35-1.38 g/cm3. Masonry mortar is composed of chamotte mortar powder, 64-68%, alumino-boro-phosphate concentrate, 29-33%, and hardener MgO·SiO2, 3%.
EFFECT: prolonged service time of lining.
