FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: diffusion sap is alkalinized with milk of lime in predefecator for some stage and recovery sap I or II saturation to suspension predefecation. Before suspension addition to predefecated sap suspension is divided for two equal parts. One part is mixed with sap at $$$ = 10.8-11.6 and the second part - with sap from alkalinization stage at $$$ = 9.2-9.6. Then mixtures were subjected for the separate saturation at direct-flow mixture moving and saturation gas in tube up to value $$$ = 7.8-9.6 and 7.4-8.8, respectively, followed by recovery in predefecator at zones with the corresponding pH values of predefecated sap.
