FIELD: sugar industry; methods of predefecation of diffusion juices.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of sugar industry, in particular, to a method of progressive predefecation of diffusion juices. The method provides for feeding of a diffusion juice in a predefecator, which horizontal body is divided into sections. The body is introduced with a lime and a suspension of calcium carbonate for increase of pH of the juice in the sections. Simultaneously conduct a withdrawal of the juice from several sections of the predefecator. Then exercise saturation of the withdrawn juice in the tubular saturators, the body of each of which is installed inclined. At that each saturator inlet lower part is fixed to the lower part of the predefecator in the corresponding sections. The saturated juice is fed back in the section of the predefecator, in which pH of the juice corresponds to pH of the saturated juice. The invention ensures an increased effect of purification of the diffusion juice and filtration-sedimentation properties of the juice of the first saturation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improved purification of the diffusion juice and filtration-sedimentation properties of the juice of the first saturation.
