FIELD: devices for drilling hard stone rocks in sinking holes, tunnels, trenches, etc with possibility of proximate analysis of rock chemical composition. SUBSTANCE: plant has drill column, plasma generator, device for removal of broken rock by suction, device for rotation of vibration of plasma generator, device for forward feed of plasma generator, gas analyzer whose transducer is installed at the base of drill column. Plasma generator may have two, three, four and more flat nozzles, peripheral electrodes and central electrode connected with one or several electric power sources. Number of nozzles supplying medium for cooling rock corresponds to that of flat nozzles. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 6 dwg
