FIELD: four-stroke engines. SUBSTANCE: carburetor or diesel engine having at least one pair of working cylinders is provided with one auxiliary cylinder installed between them. The pistons of all the cylinders are associated kinematically with crankshaft. The working cylinders are provided with outlet valves, bypass channels with valves communicating with the auxiliary cylinder. Each working cylinder is also provided with inlet valve associated with camshaft through a cam. EFFECT: complete combustion of fuel in the engine cylinders. 3 dwg
