FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body fitted with inlet and outlet passages and guide bush rigidly secured inside; bush is provided with passages for flow of working medium and central hole. Spring-loaded shut-off member fitted with rod is passed through central hole. Mounted in body is movable bush which is spring-loaded towards inlet passage. Bush is provided with flow through holes and tail-piece. Tail-piece has flow-through passage through which end of rod is passed. Rod is provided with two thrust member which are spring-loaded relative to each other. Thrust members are used for engagement with tail-piece and for locking the shut-off member in open position.
