FIELD: applied meteorology, in particular, acting upon charge clouds, provoking of precipitations and dissipation of fogs. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing reactant in the form of tetraalkylammonium salt solution in ecologically clean Freon by generator-sprayer at pressure of 8-10 atm, with solution concentration being within the range of 0.1-0.001 % and reactant crystallization temperature threshold of about 0 C. Specific crystal yield is 1011-1012 per gram of tetraalkylammonium salt. Method allows range of action upon drop medium to be widened up to temperature range of 0 to -6 C, within which particles of convective precipitations or hail are generated. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider fields of application.
