FIELD: control of atmosphere processes. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of tetraalkylammonium salt in ecologically pure freon to clouds. Reagent at required concentration is added at interface of ascending and descending air flows, to region between isotherms (-2)-(-6) C. This condition is optimal to make artificial channel hailstone seed charges that compete with naturally growing cloud drops. Method can be used for prevention of damage done by hail that is harmful for agriculture. EFFECT: improved method of prevention. 2 dwg
