FIELD: forest clearing. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has disk with cutting and grinding blades positioned at end surface of disk opposed to side surface to which carrier member and rotary shaft are secured. Blades are offset one relative to another in radial and angular directions and provided with cutting edges oriented at an angle α = 90 deg, or α <90 deg to shaft rotation angle, with diameters circumscribed by end portions of cutting edges of given blades are positioned at least in common plane in parallel and below related plane, in which extends diameter of circle circumscribed by end portions of cutting edges of members arranged at side surface of disk. Diameter ratio D₂/D₁ is equal to or less than 1, where D₂ is diameter circumscribed by end portions of cutting edges of cutting and grinding blades positioned adjacent to disk end surface relative to its side surface; D₁ is diameter circumscribed by end portions of cutting edges of cutting members positioned adjacent to disk side surface. Apexes of mentioned angles at α <90 deg are faced to shaft carrier member or in opposite direction to zone of planes of lower level. Mentioned diameters circumscribed by end portions of cutting edges of blades are positioned in above planes.
