SUBSTANCE: fat-and-oil product is vegetable phospholipids produced by hydration of nonrefined vegetable oil in the zone of action of alternating electromagnetic field with strength 50-250 kA/m, treatment in the zone of action of direct electromagnetic field with strength 250-350 kA/m and drying at temperature 55-65 C.
