FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising the greater trochanter along the line of the upper border of the bone neck including its growth zone. The attached muscles are retained. The trochanter is descended and fixed on the external proximal femur diaphysis surface at the first stage. After fragment coalescing, groove-type femur osteotomy is carried out along the line of lower border of the bone neck. The distal fragment is laterally shifted to form cervicodiaphyseal angle according to age standard. Iliopsoas muscle attachment to the lesser trochanter is retained. The created head is set into the cotyloid cavity. EFFECT: kept femur growth; retained hip joint muscles balance. 5 dwg
