FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rim and opaque perforated screens. Perforation is carried out as ellipses having lesser to greater diameter ratio equal to from 0.8 to 0.1. The greater axis of the ellipses is directed at different angles relative to vertical axis. The screens can optionally cover dioptric or flat glasses. The screens can be also applied in combination with light filters. When applying to persons possessing anomalous refraction, the spectacles promote increased legibility (sharpness) of observed objects image. Depth of focus is significantly increased. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in relieving vision fatigue; excluded ultraviolet radiation penetration and its harmful influence on retina; improved protection against dust and foreign bodies.. 5 cl, 3 dwg
