FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rim and screens having uniformly distributed transparent areas on non-transparent background and forming elementary cells shaped as connected triangles or rectangles. Each transparent area is a circle of 0.7-1.3 mm diameter or polygon inscribed into this kind of circle. Maximum side of an elementary cell is equal to 5.5-9 mm. Method involves separately treating a each eye of the patient with the perforated glasses put on. In treating the cases of diplopia, surrounded things are observed by the patient with the glasses put on and then the other things are to observed with bare eyes. The last treatment cycle is carried out before going to bed without observing things with bare eyes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating diplopia, myopia and hypermetropia. 9 cl, 2 dwg
