Metal flow rate is regulated by means of sliding of movable plate with respect to upper plate. Casting tube is immovably installed against the movable plate just under casting opening of movable plate which closes casting opening of casting nozzle. Installation of casting tube in fixed position with respect to immovable plate is effected with the help of means of pushing upward and rigidly connected with carriage.
