FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: powdered polyvinylchloride is shaped on a carrier, heated to 200-230 C, and oriented by its stretching to 500% at 100-150 C. The latter procedure can be performed in water or steam medium at 100 C. Oriented material can be additionally treated with water or steam without stretching. Porous material obtained appears in the form of film with fibrillate structure having density 300-700 kg/cu.m and porosity 50-80%. EFFECT: facilitated restructurization of material. 4 cl
