Before reducing, raw material should be treated with preparation obtained due to successive extracting Saprolegnia parasitica micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent in supercritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract with solid residue at the quantity of 0,5-1•104 mg/t to be kept for 2-5 h. The suggested innovation enables to increase productivity and improve organoleptic properties due to excluding opalescence phenomenon. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
