FIELD: oil and fat industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves hydration and separation of phosphatide emulsion, treatment of hydrated oil with phosphoric acid aqueous solutions and sodium silicate aqueous solutions taken at amount 1-3% of oil mass. Drying, treatment of hydrated oil with phosphoric acid aqueous solutions and sodium silicate aqueous solutions were carried out successively at 25-30 C. Concentration of phosphoric acid solution is 10-20% and its amount - 2.5-6% of oil mass. Before phases separation method involves treatment of an oil mixture with silicic acid gel in permanent magnetic field at field intensity 150-250 kA/m. EFFECT: improved method of refining. 4 tbl
