FIELD: medicinal biotechnology, virology. SUBSTANCE: strain is obtained by the successive passages of lymphoblastoid human cellular line CEM showing sensitivity to HIV-infection in thymusless mice of line BALB/c. Strain shows rise of polyploid (2n = 90), additionally changed chromosomes, enhanced expression of antigen CD 95 and absence of expression of antigen CD 4. Strain can be used as a safe model for investigation of interaction mechanisms of HIV with cell-target and for study of HIV-infection in vitro. EFFECT: cellular strain indicated above. 2 dwg, 3 tbl
