SUBSTANCE: method involves determining titers of antibodies to microorganisms found in resuscitation and intensive care departments of hospital and in newborn blood serum by applying immunoenzyme assay methods. Antibody level being found three or more times as large relative to at least one of them when compared to the initial level, aminoglycosides are to be administered. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in selecting appropriate treatment before clinical symptoms manifestation takes place.
