FIELD: medicine, neurology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with application of curative compression by air or oxygen at 1.05-1.2 absolute atmosphere to restore microcirculation and necessary level of partial oxygen tension in ischemized body tissues at no pronounced hyperoxygenation of intact tissues. Patient is placed into curative decompression chamber, then air or oxygen compression is conducted at 0.01 gage atmosphere/min rate to obtain gage pressure of 0.05 gage atmosphere, then compression is either continued at the same rate to achieve 0.1-0.15 gage atmosphere and/or in 10-15 min seance should be finished by conducting decompression. EFFECT: more safe curative impact directed to normalize the main link of pathogenesis of ischemic disorders.
