FIELD: production processes concerned with heat processing of animal products for cleaning of vapor-air effluents from objectionably odoring substances. SUBSTANCE: method includes deodorization of flows of vapors and air at variable flow rate of steam by passing the flows through biologically active filtering material. Prior to supply to biologically active filtering material flows of steam and air are mixed and passed through heat-moisture-accumulating attachment to obtain at its output flow of moistened air saturated with steam of smoothly varying temperature within 25-40 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
