FIELD: gas treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on gas-air emissions at microbiological enterprises. Method involving simultaneous purification from objectionable-odor substances and microbial aerosol, is effected by passing gas-air emission vertically upwards through biologically active filter material impregnated with a nutritive medium with filtration rate 0.03 to 0.15 m/s. As major part of biologically active material, cereal straw is utilized and, to enhance removal of microbial aerosol, material is cooled from above with atmosphere air.
