FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical casing, plated grid mounted in casing and having diameter equal to casing inner diameter. Concentric slots are cut through the whole thickness of grid. Each slot has trapezium-shaped section with small base oriented toward flow of liquid to be cleaned. Knives with rectangular section are inserted into slots at the side adjacent to large bases of slot section. Knives are made integral with planar plate, which rotates at constant angular speed about grid axis. Knives and small bases of slots define small space (0.1-0.3 mm). Knives edges project beyond grid surface at slot small base side. EFFECT: increased efficiency by grinding elongate and fibrous inclusions. 2 dwg
