FIELD: sawmill operation, in particular, length-cutting machines. SUBSTANCE: sawmill includes sectional horizontal rectangular frame made of longitudinal and transverse supporting members. Attached to them are devices serving for location, centering and securing of blank, and longitudinal rails located on both sides of frame and installed for car with chain power saw with horizontal saw bar. Each device for location of blank is made in the form of vertical buffer fastened to transverse supporting member of frame. Buffer is made for lifting in direction of box secured to post and provided with brake which consists of bracket with screw engageable with friction washer. Device for securing the blank is located on the central transverse supporting member on the side opposite to blank and has support with supporting lugs, lever with clamping strip and cam with stick engageable with lever.
