SUBSTANCE: method includes chemically activating surface of part in hydrochloric acid, depositing nickel underlayer from nickel electrolyte, and bronzing in electrolytes for depositing copper-lead or copper-lead-tin alloys followed by heat treatment at 250-360 C. method is largely applicable in aeronautics.
