FIELD: hand tools used for cleaning surfaces of industrial equipment, for example, units for torch cutting of slabs. SUBSTANCE: hand slag breaker includes tool, articulated torque link 3 secured on axle 2 and holder 4; slag breaker is also provided with fork 9 which is secured on axle 2. Holder 4 is provided with transverse slots 5; tool 6 includes stops 8 mounted in horizontal plane along axis running through center of gravity of tool 6 which is located in holder 4 for embracing by fork 9; stops 8 are mounted for engagement with slots 5 of holder 4.
