SUBSTANCE: laser target indicator-range finder has transceiver 1 which body 2 houses day sighting channel 3, laser radiating channel 5 and receiving range-finding channel 6, digital display 7 optically matched with information eye-piece 9, projector 10 of sighting mark with source of illumination of sighting mark 11, unit 12 of night vision channel carrying optically matched lens 13, image receiver 15 and eye-piece 14, device 21 for parallel transfer of image for optical match of lens 13 and projector of sighting mark 10, unit 8 of operational control of brightness of display positioned in transceiver 1 that is connected to digital display 7 and current pulse generator 19 incorporating unit 20 of operational adjustment of current amplitude located in unit 12 of night vision channel, additional laser radiating channel 16, unit 17 of adjustable time delay and generator 18 of high-voltage pulses which output is connected to image receiver 15 coupled in series. Output of unit 17 of adjustable time delay is connected to input of current pulse generator 19 which output can be connected to source of illumination of sighting mark 11. Unit 12 of night vision channel is manufactured for installation on body 2 of transceiver 1.
