FIELD: animal agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves covering deer velvet antlers with protective layer right after cutting by means of antlers cutting machine. Protective layer is composition containing calcined clay and boiled or chlorinated water. During repeated antlers boiling and drying procedures, protective layer is regularly renewed. Upon expiration of conservation time, protective layer is removed. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 3 dwg
