FIELD: antlers-type reindeer breeding, pharmaceutics. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with applying clay onto antlers' section, thermal treatment and wind drying, moreover, one should apply clay at moisture of not more than 20% without any calcination. Before thermal treatment velvet antlers undergo freezing from -4 to -15 C for 10-15 d, thermal treatment with infrared beams should be conducted at emission spectrum being 1.5-2.8 mcm and 65-68 C to achieve antlers' moisture of 16-17%. The present innovation provides high quality of raw material and decreased financial and labor resources. EFFECT: higher efficiency of conservation. 1 ex, 5 tbl _
