FIELD: velvet antlers stag breeding.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with group boiling velvet antlers fixed upon drying racks in water of 96-98°C at their 9-fold plunging, air dryings after each boiling procedure and oven drying at 70-80°C, moreover, it is necessary to treat the butt ends of velvet antlers after cutting off with dried clay powder and without sorting them by their weight categories it is necessary to boil them for 2 d due to plunging velvet antlers fixed upon drying racks in position their butt ends being downwards into water at duration of plunging being 1.5 min and cooling between plungings being 3 min, moreover, air and oven dryings should be carried out in position of primary fastening these velvet antlers upon drying racks. The innovation is characterized by high technological effectiveness, low labor expenses, increased efficiency by 2.5 times at high quality of the final product.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
