SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of biologically active components to food for balanced diet nutrition and preparations taken from the following order: β-carotene, apiculture products, and/or complex of essential amino acids, or valerian, and/or mint, and/or licorice, and/or elecampane, or their mixture; Eleutherococcus senticosus and/or Leuzea carthamoides, and/or ginseng, and/or schizandra, and/or mussel hydrolyzate, and/or plantain, and/or rosewort were used as adaptogens; pectin substances, and/or food fibers, and/or alginates, and/or clays, and/or coals were used as detoxicants. Bioactive additions were administrated at effective doses by oral intake in combination with curative physical culture, physiotherapy, inhalation, diet therapy and mineral water drinking.
