SUBSTANCE: the device uses an immersible pipe for uniform withdrawal of purified sewage located under the surface of purified sewage and representing an annular pipe-line positioned concentrically relative to the vertical axis of the round basin; outflow irrespective of inflow is controlled by means of a control unit, and the sewage level in the basin is constantly controlled.
