SUBSTANCE: compressed gas is fed in a definite way on subjected to clearing loose material and bring it in pseudoliquid state. Clearing is exercised with prevention from loading of particles by impacts with stationary or movable walls, due to their loadings by friction and corresponding attrition. Apparatus has tank, provided with inlet and outlet for loose material. To form pseudoliquid layer tank is provided with perforated bottom and gas-permeable base. At least one nozzle is located above base. It is connected with source of compressed air. To make material pseudoliquid compressed air is fed in tank below nozzles by pipeline.
