FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes melting of metal alloy in furnace and transferring into ladle in which it is degassed. Then melt is directed to airtight furnace for holding in stationary rheological conditions. Alloy is passed through mixer in semiliquid state and accumulated prior to casting into mold. In mold alloy solidifies in form of continuous casting block which is cut into parts corresponding to weight of casting. Molding of ingots under laminar conditions eliminates turbulence of flow and prevents gases from getting into ingots. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 3 dwg
