FIELD: pressure die casting of pieces of light alloys using rare ingots. SUBSTANCE: to produce pieces of light alloys for production of combustion engines pieces metal alloy ingots, that may have ceramic particles, are smelted and cast in semiliquid state in ingots using alloy smelt feeding in process of its hardening and in conditions of laminar outflow through static mixer. Then ingots are divided, for example, they are cut for smaller size ingots, weight of each of which is equal to weight of cast piece, that are heated till paste state in furnace inside stainless steel conveyer under temperature of the alloy hardening temperatures interval. Then smaller ingots one by one are sent in injection chamber of pressure die casting machine, in which semiliquid alloy, of which ingot is composed, is injected into mould. In process of pressure die casting of aluminum alloys sizes of runners in mould are by 100 % exceeding standard sizes.
