FIELD: production of origin materials for nuclear fuel; inorganic chemistry, particularly, production of beryllium fluoride. SUBSTANCE: calcined beryllium oxide is affected by hydrofluorination which takes place with the help of hydrogen fluoride at 300-340 C. Hydrogen fluoride is supplied in periodic regime. When supply is turned out then mixing of product is carried out. Duration of the process is 1.5-2.0 h. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 3 cl, 1 tbl
