FIELD: dermatology. SUBSTANCE: clinical and immunomorphological investigations in patient are fulfilled using monoclonal antibodies E3 to cytokeratin No.17 which is detected, unlike the case of sound skin, in superbasal, pin, and granular layers of epidermis. In this case, erythematosus skin with fine-laminar scaling is revealed with small islands of sound skin, follicular papulae, erythridermis, palm-sole hyperkeratosis and dystrophic damages of nail plates. Disease is diagnosed on the basis of combination of clinical and immunomorphological characteristics. EFFECT: achieved clear differentiation of hair lichen with no electron-microscopic examination of damaged skin. 1 dwg
