FIELD: medicine; dermatology. SUBSTANCE: patient is invited to undergo clinical examination in order to detect on his (her) skin areas of erythematous skin affected with desquamation in form of fine lamellae, against background of which healthy skin islets occur. Patient's skin is also examined to detect follicular papules, erythroderma, palmar-plantar hyperkeratosis and dystrophic lesions of nail plates. Patient is also subjected to histological examination and additional immunohistochemical examination of sections of skin affected with Devergis's lichen using monoclonal antibodies D 40-10 and G 36-19 in order to detect presence of keratohyalin granules and of corneodesmoid antigens within parakeratosis zone, in which is preserved granular layer containing antigen D 40-10 and corneodesmoid proteins. Combination of clinical and immunohistochemical indices makes it possible to diagnose Divergis's lichen ruber pilaris case. EFFECT: greater accuracy of diagnosis. 4 dwg
