FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatovenerology and pathological anatomy, and deals with method of diagnosing erythrodermic psoriasis. The method consists in immunohistological test. If manifested expression of biomarker IL-36γ in form of layer-by-layer positive staining of nuclei and cytoplasmatic membrane of cells of spinous and granular layers of epidermis is present, erythrodermic psoriasis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention represents a simple, accurate, fast and budget method of early diagnostics of erythrodermic psoriasis in the shortest terms after arrival of patient and is the key one in making decision about administration of specific therapy.
