It is connected to data group shaping unit in order to provide input and output of data. Duration of time interval and data transmission speed correspond to data input-output mode of line which is compatible with computer according to time interval assignment data which are stored in time interval registers in response to input of signal control data. Signal data input-output unit sends signal data to signal channel of line which is compatible with computer or receives signal data which have been sent to channel due to control by means of time interval assignment data which are received from control unit which controls signal channel data input-output.
