FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine. Described is method of producing coatings on elements of human major joints Endoprosthesis made from titanium and its alloys, which involves placing the implant in bath with electrolyte solution containing ions Ca and P, connection of implant and auxiliary electrode to power supply, electrolyte cooling in heat exchanger, wherein electrolyte is prepared, for which calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)2 is dissolved in distilled water, then one adds sodium metasilicate of Na2SiO3×5H20 pentahydrate and stirred until white disperse suspended residue, then one adds sodium phosphate dihydrate salts Na2HPO4×12H2O and stirred till its complete dissolution, wherein for treatment of titanium alloy BT1-0, Grade 2, 3, 4, electrolyte is prepared in terms of dry substance weight in grams per litre of composition: Ca(OH)2 - 1.6; Na2SiO3×5H2O - 8.0; Na2HPO4×12H2O - 5.0; and for treatment of alloys BT6 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Ti-6Al-7Nb initial electrolyte, used for titanium of grades BT1-0, Grade 2, 3, 4, is diluted with distilled water in ratio 2 parts of electrolyte and 1 part of water; and for protecting not intended for processing of parts of elements of Endoprosthesis is applied on them masking insulating equipment based on polyvinyl siloxane silicone of additive hardening, that is followed by micro-arc oxidation for 10-30 minutes in soft anode-cathode mode with sinusoidal shape of current with density of 0.1±0.02 A/cm2, wherein at first minute anode mode switching is used at ratio of anode and cathode currents of not less than 10:1.
EFFECT: coating enables improving biological compatibility.
