FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology, orthopaedics, regenerative medicine, dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and can be used for recovery of bone tissue structure and function. Zirconium dioxide is mixed with chemically resistant glass of XC-2 №29 mark and magnesium oxide, which is used as a stabilizing component, preventing transition of zirconium dioxide of tetragonal structure in monoclinous one while heating. Then, a mixture of ammonium phosphate twice-substituted (NH4)2HPO4 and calcium carbonate CaCO3 is added. Initial mixture contains the following component ratio, wt.%: 72-73 of ZrO2, 4-5 of MgO, 6-8 of (NH4)2HPO4, 7-9 of CaCO3 and 8-8,5 of XC-2 №29 glass. Mixture is grated on vibrating mill, then 90% of particles have size less than 50 mcm, then it is pressed in mold under pressure of 100 mPas/cm2 and annealed in a muffle furnace at temperature of 1,300 °C. As a result, zirconium oxide-based porous bioactive ceramics is produced, in which pores is lined inside with a biologically active layer-particles of calcium phosphates with compression strength of not lower than 100 mPas.
EFFECT: method provides for simultaneous production of bioinertial matrix with bioactive coating in a single step.
